How to install and activate your eSIM

It takes two minutes. Do it at home on Wi-Fi, before you leave.

1. Buy your plan

Pick a destination and plan. After payment your eSIM appears on screen and we email you the link.

On iOS 17.4 or later, tap "Install on iPhone" on the phone itself.

Or go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code and scan it from another screen.

Label it "Travel" so you can tell the lines apart.

Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM (Samsung) or Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Download a SIM (Pixel).

Scan the QR code or paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code.

Set the travel eSIM for mobile data and turn on Data Roaming for that line only.

Keep your home line on for bank SMS if you like, with data roaming off to avoid charges.

Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects at your destination.

Restart your phone, check data roaming is on for the eSIM and pick a network manually. Still stuck? Email soporte@tienda-kit.com.
